All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if the scope of work changes. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work. Final pricing will be outlined in a written contract before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates based on typical conditions. However, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties that vary by project type and materials used. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service contract. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow provided maintenance instructions.
Site Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for removing any items that could interfere with construction. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, underground utilities not properly marked, or items left in the work area. You must notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles before work begins.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other commercial damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue through direct communication, you agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved in the courts of Barrow County.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
